I know how hard it is to start your fitness/wellness jouney. I have lost the same 50 pounds over and over again. There are too many things to get done: cardio, strength, stretch, meditate, the list is endless. Choose 3 things you want to do and make a list of the 3 smallest changes you can make. 3. Try Intermittent fasting and stop all eating at 7pm each day and resume eating at 7am - 12 hours is easy if you sleep for 8 of them.
