Week 4: Reflecting & Sustaining Your Progress

  2. Day 23: Enjoy a Healthy Snack. Opt for fruit, nuts, or veggies when hunger strikes between meals.

  3. Day 24: Do One Act of Kindness. It can be small, like holding a door or offering a compliment.

  4. Day 25: Review Your Intentions. Look back at the intention you set on Day 1. How are you doing?

  5. Day 26: Stretch Before Bed. A few gentle stretches can help relax your body and mind for sleep.

  6. Day 27: Plan a Fun Activity. Look forward to something enjoyable – a movie, a walk in a local park like the Pittsfield State Forest, or a coffee date.

  7. Day 28: Cook a Meal at Home. Choose one meal and prepare it yourself. This gives you full control over the ingredients and nourishment you're getting.

  8. Day 29: Read for Pleasure. Spend 20 minutes reading a book, a magazine, or anything else you genuinely enjoy.

  9. Day 30: Reflect and Celebrate. Take a few moments to look back at your month. What changes did you notice? What goals did you crush? Celebrate your progress—you did it!
