Week 3: Boosting Energy & Productivity

  1. Day 15: Tackle One Small Task. Pick something you've been procrastinating and get it done.

  2. Day 16: Take a Mid-Day Stretch Break. Get up from your desk and stretch for 5 minutes.

  3. Day 17: Plan Your Tomorrow. Spend 10 minutes at the end of the day listing your top 3 priorities for the next.

  4. Day 18: Say No. Practice setting a boundary and politely declining something that doesn't serve you.

  5. Day 19: Declutter Your Inbox. Delete or archive 10 unnecessary emails.

  6. Day 20: Listen to Uplifting Music. Create a playlist that boosts your mood and energy.

  7. Day 21: Get Creative. Doodle, write, play an instrument, or try a new craft for 15 minutes.
