Week 1: Cultivating Clarity & Connection

  1. Day 1: Set Your Intention. What's one feeling you want to cultivate this month? Write it down and keep it visible.

  2. Day 2: Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate. Start your day with a large glass of water before anything else.

  3. Day 3: Mindful Morning. Spend 5-10 minutes without screens – just quiet reflection, a short meditation, or gentle stretching.

  4. Day 4: Tidy Up One Space. Pick a small area (your nightstand, a drawer) and organize it. External order can bring internal calm.

  5. Day 5: Express Gratitude. Write down 3 things you're grateful for today.

  6. Day 6: Connect with Nature. Spend at least 15 minutes outdoors. Even a walk around the block in Pittsfield can do wonders!

  7. Day 7: Digital Detox Hour. Spend one hour completely unplugged – no phone, no computer, no TV.
