List 3 behaviors you need to start doing - Meal prepping lunches for the week, walking for 30 minutes 3 - 5 times per week, taking 2 yoga classes weekly


Choose 1 or 2 people to help you. Maybe one is a workout buddy, the other your personal trainer or nutritionist


Set a start date and create a calendar of events


Take on action today on one thing - call that workout buddy, personal trainer or nutritionist
